The problem
Buying plants online is easy. Keeping them alive isn’t.
What I did
An end-to-end marketplace: same-day delivery from local nurseries plus bookable plant-care experts — research, personas, IA, responsive hi-fi UI.
Takeaway
People don’t just want a product, they want reassurance and a feeling of success.
Impact it created
Reframed a plant shop into a plant-care service: same-day delivery from nearby nurseries, plus a local plant expert who can be booked for a home visit. Taken end to end, from research and personas through IA to responsive high-fidelity UI.

Buying plants online has become easy. Keeping them alive hasn't. People bring greenery home, then panic the moment a leaf starts yellowing — they Google it, call their parents, or quietly give up. Plenty of platforms sell plants, pots and tools, and stop right there.
